Excellent service. Date booked in in advance. Quote was arranged and adhered to. All packed stuff was moved safely and efficiently. All COVID 19 safety expectations were met and practice was safe with no impact on quality of service. Service was friendly and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if house move is required.

Neil and the team were first to come and quote and quoted very fairly. Fully explaining how much everything would be and what the services covered. He messaged me the day before and answered any queries I had about packing. Arrived on time and took their time to pack our things (nothing broken at all whilst unpacking). The move was stress free and put everything where instructed. Would recommend 1,000,000%. Fantastic.

Secure Move completed our company, Swan Hunter’s, office relocation in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The guys packed up all office equipment, files, electronics, furniture etc. And transported all items to the new office. All equipment which had been boxed up into their boxes was unpacked and positioned how we wanted at the new office.

The guys were absolutely brilliant and so professional. Everything packed up so securely and quickly. No stress at all. Going to use company again when moving from our rental to our new build. Very reasonably priced. Thanks so much ????

The lads were excellent throughout the whole move. They kept in communication prior to moving, making sure we were happy with everything. They were prompt and efficient on the day, made sure that everything ended up where it needed to be and safely. I was Quite happy that the only job they gave me was to make some teas!

From start to finish the team at Secure Move were professional, friendly and courteous. We had a LOT of things to move, and the team of 4 took it in their stride; taking a great deal of care with individual items and ensuring everything was delivered safely to our specified location in the new house. They arrived promptly and worked very efficiently. They were also very prepared, with multiple vans available, and plenty of packing and securing accessories in place. I received many quotes from different firms and Secure Move were very competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Neil and David made an incredibly stressful day so much easier. They shifted my boxes into their lorry quickly and left everything tidy. They put my furniture in the appropriate places in the new property without needing to be asked. I would definitely recommend these guys to do your move.

Having had a poor experience when we last moved house 10 years ago, we were very wary when it came to selecting a removals company this time. We settled on Secure Move and were very glad we did. David and Neil arrived at exactly the time arranged and the rest of the day proceeded with the same level of care and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble to the lads and all at a very fair price. We are happy to recommend Secure Move to anybody in the North East planning a house move. During March 2018 there was an incredible snow and the SIRIUS Market Access office needed moving to new premises. The snow was so bad that weekend flights had been cancelled. Secure Move still made the office move happen regardless. They packed up the old office and moved us into our new offices.

The guys turned up on time and were extremely professional in their job. Started off with a walk through the property and discussed the plan for packing and loading the trucks. They considered every element of the job and put our minds at rest with specific items that needed extra care as they were cumbersome and heavy. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend the services of secure move. Great job!

Fantastic company, 5 stars, very professional throughout. The company answered my queries promptly and provided a great quote. They turned up on time and worked all day to get the job done. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. They had all the professional kit such as wrap, sheets, boxes etc. They were very careful and made sure our possessions were protected at all times, great bunch of lads, very friendly and made us feel at ease, I would definitely recommend this company if you are moving house.

Great service all through. After an initial survey of the property we were moving out of, they sent through a very fair quote. Our move was challenged by heavy snow both the night before and throughout the day, but the Secure Move guys turned up in good time and quickly and carefully loaded our possessions. At the new house they took great care with our furniture and were keen to ensure each item and box was left in the right place. They were very friendly and good humoured throughout. Extremely impressed with the service we received when we recently moved within Newcastle. The quote we were given for our house move was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees or time limits. On the day, the guys arrived early, were friendly and just got on with the job in an efficient and quick manner. I popped out and couldn’t believe how much the guys had moved in a short space of time when I returned. Importantly, the guys were very respectful of our furniture and belongings - nothing was broken and we were asked several times if we were happy with where things were going and if we weren’t, we were told they would be moved. Excellent service. David and Paul were on time professional curtious helpful and friendly at all times. All items packed secure with padding shrink wrap ties etc. No damage whatsoever in transit. Their moto was if I was happy they were happy. I've moved a lot recently and these guys are the best. No hesitation recommending to anyone. Went out their way helping where furniture would fit as I had more stuff than room sizes.

Fantastic blokes. Neil, the gentleman who did the intial quote was quick and informative, any questions I had were answered. I was worried about hidden fees but my mind was put at ease when as I was able to ask about how all items would be removed and if there would be an additional charge. Arrived 5 minutes early on the agreed date. 2 Blokes, Neil and Dave. Professional greeting. Got started straight away, asked where I wanted everything, very carefully packaged, everything in 2 vans before 12. Got to house, asked where everything needed to be, put everything back together....

This was easily the most professional move I have ever had (and I have moved a lot). Neil and David were amazing. Courteous at all times, nothing was too much for them. I was a little worried when only 2 people turned up but they made quick work of my stuff and I was really impressed how efficiently they loaded the vans. Not an inch wasted. I can't fault them. They really made a stressful day so easy for me. They were actually more concerned about my belongings than I was. I have a lot of indoor and outdoor plants and I don't think I lost even one leaf. I'm so glad I chose Secure Move

Top notch guys! Moving is stressful enough without having the right removal team helping. They turned up on time and nothing was a bother. They were all friendly and happy to help. House was packed up a lot quicker than I thought and they were fine to wait while we waited for key release on our new home. We're not planning on moving again but will definitely be recommending them.

Excellent service. The van arrived promptly and all the furniture was loaded nicely, padded and secured. On arrival at the destination, everything was unpacked with no sign of transit damage whatsoever. The guys were friendly and very helpful and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing safe and secure removals.

This was the best removal company I have ever encountered! They were efficient, courteous, and a can do attitude to their work. They worked with speed and efficiency but what was truly impressive was the level of care that they displayed to the items that they were moving. They checked that the packing that I had done was up to the job and where I had fallen short they added extra packaging to protect my items at no extra cost. They found the remote destination without any detailed instruction from me, they had done their homework. I fully recommend this firm to anyone who has a move to make.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. From intial quote through to moving day first class service. No hidden costs, everything explained and gave some great advice, especially useful as not something we do regularly! Lads were great on the day, went the extra mile and never stopped working all day.

From initial contact with Neil surveying our needs to getting in to our new house these guys were absolutely faultless and professional. Pleasant, courteous, efficient, funny, honest, reliable, hard working and reasonably priced. I was referred to them by a friend and I was not disappointed. I collect mid century pressed glass and china and not one piece was broken...in fact not one thing was broken!

I booked SecureMove as we we moving out of our property to live with family temporarily, Neil came to the house prior to moving to see what needed to be moved an gave me a price, some items were to be taken to storage and the rest to the temporary address. The service was fantastic from start to finish, they were on time, very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we move to our new home.
